Immediately something like scales fell from his eyes, and he received his sight. He arose and was baptized. He took food and was strengthened. Saul stayed several days with the disciples who were at Damascus. Immediately in the synagogues he proclaimed the Christ, that he is the Son of God. Acts 9:18–20 WEB.
Young Saul was a hardcore Christian hunter. He was there when Stephen was stoned to death in Acts 7:58. Saul worked for the high priest and harassed, persecuted, pursued, and arrested Christians. When he found them, he put them in prison. When they were put to death, he cast his vote against them (Acts 26:11). Saul thought this was his calling in life, and he was completely dedicated to eliminating "The Way" from the face of the earth. Mere words would have never changed his mind.
Yet, when he traveled on the road to Damascus with plans to arrest the Christians there, Jesus Christ appeared to him in a blinding flash of light. Suddenly, the course of his life was changed forever (Acts 9:1). Saul gave the rest of his life to Jesus, and miracles followed him. We know him mostly by his Roman name, Paul, the hardcore Christian Apostle. He wrote much of the New Testament.
A mere handkerchief taken from Paul and laid on sick people healed them and caused evil spirits to flee. Paul had made a one-hundred-eighty-degree turn and was now going in the other direction. He now preached the gospel instead of persecuting it.
Anything is possible with God. Some of the most dedicated opposers of Jesus Christ can become His most dedicated representatives, even risking their lives for Him. When people tell me they don't believe in God, it tells me they haven't met Him yet.
If you've gotten involved in things way over your head and think it's too late, you are wrong. God will redeem your life and buy you back from the enemy. He sets the captives free. If you are praying for someone who is lost, don't stop. For when God changes your heart, nothing else matters. When the Lord sets you free, you are free indeed.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, please draw us to You, break us out of the normal, turn us around. Let us be a generation seeking your face out of love for You. Thank you so much for bringing me this far. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen!

Thank you, Sylvia, that's such a nice greeting, I appreciate you. Thankful for peace of God, as I began early rising...the bright sun shining, sweet was a fawn, make that, two, with their mama out my kitchen window beginning this new day munching on tender plants. Early rising was all worthwhile, to be a part of RHM family encouraging one another, fellowshipping, admonishing one another, reaching out, building each other up in the Lord Jesus Christ. Blessed we are, when studying, learning more very pertinent facts and understandings in old and new testaments every day/week with RHM, with Pastor Dion. Helpful so much, to build on our own personal Bible research/ references as well. Each sermon brings reminders and importances of the plans that God created for man, power of God in and over kings, any leadership and in all lives and families, of people since beginning of time! So, this is so very astonsihing and glorious too! Each study prepared from the Bible, described, with enthusiasum, with sharing creative, authentic descriptive drawings at times too, which, these are great to see uncovered details newly emerging from stories told by Pastor Dion. These tools and specific descriptive biblically sound teachings, which Pastor Dion provides and shares, giving God the glory, encourages a new Believer, and/or any person expanding deeper studying. Just the joy of telling Bible stories, clearly helps build more intrigue and more, more hunger for God's Word, and enjoyably, our joint voices and faith-filled prayers lifted up to God...So thankful we are to be, in the Family of God...cleansed by His fountain, washed by His blood...Joint heirs of Jesus, as we travel this sod!!

Amen Marisa. Have beautiful day and week filled with love of our Lord and Savior.
I remember that two elder women appeared at my door at my father's house years ago when he was living. They said that they were Jehovas witnesses. I invited them in even though I was not a Jehovas witnesses. They ask me if I can have Bible study with them for 15 minutes. I agreed. They explained to me the story about Saul and how he killed Christians and he ask for forgiveness and God forgave him and one day he went to heaven. I was shocked. So they visited me another day and I agreed to have another Bible study. During the Bible study they told me that Satan is the ruler of the earth and he controlled the Government. And if we needed Christ we had to cry out to him in prayer to help us. My first thought was to k8ck them out of the house. Then one of the women told me you are a puppet you do not know what you are doing. After that I was offended. I asked them to leave my house abruptly. They did. One of the women called me on the phone and apologized for her Christian friend behavior. I accepted her apology and I never saw them again. I was taught that Satan has power and God has all power by my Mom and thats what I believe all my Christian life. But to say that Satan is the ruler of the earth scared me and I believed that was not true. I love God, I love Christ and I love my parents. I still feel scared about it though.
