Then we turned, and took our journey into the wilderness by the way to the Red Sea, as Yahweh spoke to me; and we encircled Mount Seir many days. Yahweh spoke to me, saying, 'You have encircled this mountain long enough. Turn northward.' Deuteronomy 2:1-3 WEBThe Israelites wandered forty years in th...

I will get up and go to my father, and will tell him, 'Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in your sight. I am no more worthy to be called your son. Make me as one of your hired servants.' He arose, and came to his father. But while he was still far off, his father saw him, and was moved with...

Jesus went about all the cities and the villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people. But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion for them, because they were harassed and scattered, lik...

Know Your Enemy

  • Don't be deceived, Child of God. The forces of darkness are real and their main objective is to STOP the work of Christ in the church by ANY and ALL means necessary!

If you are at work edifying and building up the Body of Christ with TRUTH, so that we all mature and realize the fullness of Christ - till we all come in the unity of the faith and knowledge of Christ, you have been targeted by these forces. They want to shut you up and shut you down. The light of Christ shining in your life has been exposing him. Bringing to light the traps that so many are falling into yet thinking themselves safe. You have been making an open show of him and triumphing over him in the name of Jesus. They want to silence you. They will manipulate and magnify the things around you to affect your walk. You say....How can the enemy separate me from my faith? Luke 8:11-12 says when the seed of the word is planted in the heart, the devil immediately comes to eat that seed(the reason you must guard the heart). That seed gets deposited and the battle begins to eat it. The Bible says the enemy immediately comes to eat up and devour that seed. He devours it and plants doubt and unbelief, fear and worry. Then he becomes a loud voice in your ear to discourage and deflect your focus from the truth you just received by faith(the seed of the word planted in your heart) to what you see with your natural eye. The second you look away from the Word (Christ) you begin to sink into what your natural eyes see. Fear and doubt and worry become your focus. The enemy knows that your faith is increased and you are healed of your unbelief as the Word of God finds entrance into your heart. So, if he can eat up the seed before it takes root in your heart, then your faith never grows and your unbelief does. You end up with a form of godliness but you deny the real power of God in your life.

Guard the soil of your heart because out of the abundance of the heart the mouth not only speaks but the heart believes. If your heart is full of doubt and fear and worry then that is what you will believe and that will be the fruit of your life. But if you think about the things that Paul shares in Philippians 4:8, the Bible says, that the peace of God will guard your heart and mind. While the battle rages, you do your part in the battle by adding to your faith the things you gain by diligently seeking the Seed Giver. It is a Fight of Faith and a Fight for your Faith and it never ends. It is always worth it because if you persevere and are diligent in the fight you gain the KNOWLEDGE OF GOD!

Listen, you must know your enemy and know his tactics if you are going to survive this fight. Be encouraged and remember you have the GREATER ONE on the inside of you. He is your re-reward.

Isaiah 52:12 For ye shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight: for the LORD will go before you; and the God of Israel will be your rereward. KJV.
