We read these familiar words and often fail to see the depth of them. Jesus was falsely accused, condemned, beaten, stripped naked, and then nailed to a cross where He was left exposed to slowly die, and He was entirely in the will of God.
It began thousands of years before in Genesis 3 when Adam and Eve disobeyed the one command that God had given them. All of mankind had fallen away, now God made a way for them to come.
The immeasurable Love of God is revealed in the giving of His own Son to buy us back from our slave master and from the curse of the law. We were bought with a price: God took His own innocent Child and offered Him as a sacrifice for us.
Let no one make you feel unworthy today. God Himself has chosen you and paid the ultimate price for you to be free. It is not because you deserve it, or earned it, nor will you ever. It is because He loves you. It is not because we are good, it is because He is good, never let anyone steal that truth from you.
Prayer: Father, I thank You for redeeming me. You first loved us, and now I love You. Your goodness and mercy amaze me. Walk with me today, speak to me and through me. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray.

You bring words that remind me to stay on His path for me. Since I was "regenerated", a word that I recently heard, I have been nothing but positive energy and radiating His message. I faultered on Father's Day and a bit yesterday and by the grace of God I am back on my spiritual beam. Last night I helped others in need and that blessed me in return. Hallelujah! Blessed be the workings of our Lord!

Amen! Pastor Dion! So many times we fail to find God's plan for us, because we think so little of ourselves. We forget that what we do through God, is not found in our character, it is found in His Holy Spirit than enables us to pick up the torch and run the race. All we have to do is follow Him and obey and He will make us able to accomplish what His will is for us. Though we feel scared, unqualified, unable, He will give us courage and qualify us, He will enable us. So all my dear sisters and brothers in Christ, if You have heard Him calling you to do something, a constant nagging, a tugging at your heart, I say give in! Use your God given talents, and trust Him to help you suceed and He will . It will be beyond your wildest dreams!!

I'm asking for prayers for Lynne and Michael. He was diagnosed w/ liver cancer. Since then 3 of their close friends have been diagnosed w/ cancer as well. They need God's strength, peace and comfort. They would like physical healing if it's God's will. Thank you!
Father we pray for Michael that you completely restore his body, bring peace and provision to this family, in the name of Jesus Christ I pray.

Father, I lift up Lynne and Michael to you, and also their friends who are suffering with cancer. I ask that you please have mercy on them, that you heal them completely and restore them back to health. Please bless them with strength, wisdom, peace and grace, and guide their doctors throughout this journey. I thank you and pray this in the name of Jesus, amen!

Amen!!! Thank you Pastor Dion for your daily devotion. :-) I am so thankful for what Jesus, did for us. Sometimes when I see the movie around Easter. I can't watch what they did to Jesus, it brings me to my knees and I start to cry. Since I was a small child I always would say Jesus, always helped everyone why did he have to be punished like that. I know why now and i'm so very thankful for what he did for everyone of us. But it does break my heart when I see pictures of him on the cross. It just makes me wonder why Jesus, so loving, pure, caring and always ready to help others no matter what they did. Just makes you wonder sometime why, Jesus? Jesus, I love you and thank you for what you did for me on the cross. It breaks my heart but I know i'm saved by your blood and healed thru your strips. Amen! <3 Thank You! <3
