I have declared the former things from of old; yes, they went forth out of my mouth, and I shown them: suddenly I did them, and they happened. Isaiah 48:3 WEB.
There was a time in our life when our business started failing. Our income grew less and less and then stopped completely. After several months with no work, the bills started piling up. We tried everything we could, but nothing seemed to change our situation.
When we advertised, it was like throwing money in the trash. When we gave, we just had less. When we fasted, we were just hungry. When we prayed, we just heard silence. We tried to find jobs but found nothing but dead ends. Finally, when out of options, and as the last straw, we prepared to move out of our home.
After enduring months of this, I no longer had the energy or willpower to pray. Then, on the Tuesday morning of the week we were preparing to move, I went into my prayer room and sat down. I was mostly contemplating how much I would miss our home when the Lord suddenly spoke to me in an open vision. Within twenty-four hours, our lives had completely changed for the better, and by Friday, I became a pastor.
God closed out the old and brought in something new. It hurt to see the old go, and I wanted to keep it, but what He gave us was so much better. God moves suddenly at what we often think is the last minute, but it's not to Him. He knew the day that the change would occur, and it was right on time, like an appointment. Our fear, worry, anxiety, and despair were for nothing, for it was just part of His transition plan.
I learned that the test of our faith scales to match our level. As we grow in faith, the tests grow with us. Peter walked on water with Jesus, then denied knowing Him three times. None of us are above failure, so don't beat yourself up. You are not the first one to have missed the mark, and you won't be the last. If you feel that you are the epitome of perfection and that God is lucky to have you, you are still blinded by pride. Believe me, God knows how to bust that balloon.
The Lord knows where you are, and He has the day marked on His calendar when your circumstances will suddenly change. So don't give up yet. We don't know the day nor the hour, but the Father does, and He will not be late nor early. We are one day closer to our breakthrough than we were yesterday. To us, the change may come suddenly, but He scheduled it a long time ago.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank You for all that You have done for me. I yield to You today, for You can see the end from the beginning where I can't even see what the next hour holds. You know where I am and what I need today. Please fulfill Your will in my life. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen!

I never tire of hearing this story about your life. It seems to come just when I am at my lowest point of looking for change. My son still awaits word on the program, but your word of "suddenly" quicken my spirit. It will happen in his time not mine or my sons for that matter. God Bless...
Amen and Amen, this I pray!!! Praise the Lord for closing doors that we should not go through or shutting down some of our activities, etc., which we really don't understand at the given time, and feel forgotten, BUT then He's opening the right doors for us according to His holy will and plan for our lives!! Thank You Lord for being able to call You and call on You, my Heavenly Father!!! 🙏❤️
Before going to Africa and Guatemala, I went to Sewing Precious Seeds, on the outskirts of Cincinnati. It was a four hour drive for me to get there to get the Shona bibles, but this church prints more foreign languages of the Bible than any large publishing house in the world. They have 4 full time staff but about 25-30 church members who volunteer a ton of time there. Every day groups of women 50’s-90’s will sit down and have coffee and fellowship while they adhere the glue to the Bible’s. A group of church memebers range from 50’s-90’s of men volunteer time there boxing and moving the Bibles into crates. This one church does around 12 million bibles a year, this year they had the Bible translated into 4 new languages, two were dialects from India, I don’t remember where the other two were. This photo was a picture in their wall I saw while I was leaving. The next closest publisher to Sewing Precious Seeds is in Tennessee, where they put out about 2 million bibles a year in languages other than English. I remember after working a night shift in canton, at Cleveland clinic, I drove down and the guy I met there ask me if he could show me around. I was sooo tired from working all night then driving three hours, because I live in Hopedale, it’s an hour from canton. When I go out I wanted to tell him I just want to take the Bibles and go, I’m just too worn out, but he convinced me and as I went in this massive warehouse behind this medium sized church, the first thing I saw was a crate of bibles in Mandarin Chinese. Then from floor to ceiling about 30 feet high, down isles about maybe two hundred feet, I saw bibles in languages that I didn’t even recognized the writing. I was immediately energized, completely awake, as though I was ready to sprint at a track meet in high school. If I remember correctly, the guy who gave me a personal tour, said there are over 7 thousand languages, but sewing precious seeds has over 1700 languages printed. The primarily function off of donations. And I believe the name of the town was Milford. He asked me if I go to any other countries and I told him Honduras and Guatemala so he gave me a box of the book of John and Romans combined in Spanish. My car was filled with bibles the four hour ride home, but I wasn’t tired at all. I write this to update pastor Dion regarding the languages the Bible had been written in. I’ll try to post some more pics of Sewing Precious Seeds.

Dear Bari, as I was reading what you said that: "it will happen in his time . . .", and a beautiful hymn popped in my head called "In His Time, in His time, He makes all things beautiful in His time . . . ", and the fourth verse says: "There are times and there are day, weeks and months, we cannot understand God's ways . . "!! But, ultimately, God, our Lord, will make a way, He's the Heavenly Father who loves you so much, and who loves your son, just keep on trusting and believing, HE will make a way!!! 🙏🤗

Continued prayers for you and Tyson 🙏 I'm reminded of the story of Elijah's prayer for promised rain ... seven times and then only a tiny black cloud (1 Kings 18:41-46). Change is coming, Bari! 🤗🙏
