Come now, and let us reason together, says Yahweh: "Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. Though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If you are willing and obedient, You shall eat the good of the land Isaiah 1:18–19 WEB.
As I looked out over the fresh snow covering our home, smoke slowly rose from the chimney. It was an extremely rare day in South Carolina when snow covered the house and a wood fire burned in the fireplace.
I thought how truly beautiful it was. So white, so pure, so fresh and clean, with each snowflake being unique and beautiful. All the dead and brown grass was gone. Everything was now a bright gleaming white. It reminded me of a touch of God's hand on someone's life. He transforms us.
Some of us have been dragged through the mud of life and are as black as coal. We've been told by some that we are nothing, but God says that we are something special. He will completely remove our sins and wash us as white as snow when we put our trust in the Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 10:9).
No matter what you have done in the past, you can go free and be washed white as snow. The Lord knows you by name. Pure, fresh, clean, forgiven, a unique and beautiful child of God showing the touch of His hand on their life, renewed, refreshed, revitalized, with the dead and brown past gone.
One of the most anointed women I ever saw minister was a former prostitute and drug addict. At first, when she became saved and delivered, the church shunned her like they did Saul of Tarsus. So she converted some of her street walking friends, and they started a powerfully anointed ministry team. Then the church welcomed her. Church people can be funny like that.
Don't let your past mistakes determine who you are today. For God can take away the past and make your life shine. He has a plan and a future for you! So hold your head up, and act like the child of God you were created to be. Stand up straight. You have nothing to be ashamed of any longer. He can make your past become a powerful testimony and turn a meaningless existence into something beautiful.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank You for forgiving me, cleansing me, and washing me as white as snow. Why do I care what others think when You love me so much? Help me understand the fullness of Your love and to live my life as one of Your children. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen!

AMEN, this I pray! 🙏 All I can say is, God, our Lord and God, works in mysterious ways! I really love that paragraph about that woman that was saved, shunned by that church, who started such a powerful ministry! We all have sinned coming short of the glory and forgiveness of our God, and I believe it is a sin of shunning or condemning someone, instead of welcoming them, reaching out to them and help them grow! It's time for self examination, including for myself, since it is so easy to see the fault in someone else! Thank you for today's message, Pastor!

Yes Lis! All I could think was he who is without sin, let him cast the first stone.
