When the world has turned its back on you, Jesus Christ is there. When your best friend has let you down, Jesus is there. When all of your companions have left you behind, you are not alone because Jesus is still there. When you are disappointed, He will sit right there with you. He gave His life for us, and greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends (John 15:13).
Jesus Christ is the One who will always be there for you. He is the One you can always count on. He is the One who will never let you down. His mood stays the same. He won't love you one minute and despise you the next. You can always trust Him, for He is completely faithful and eternal.
Jesus thoroughly understands what we go through in our own lives. He lived here on Earth as a human. Jesus worked, ate, drank, laughed, and wept. One friend betrayed him, while another denied knowing Him at all. Jesus knew bad people who would do anything but tell the truth. He was tempted in all points like we are, yet passed the tests without sin (Hebrews 4:15).
Jesus is the Friend who sticks closer than a brother. Never give His place to someone else in your life, for it will end in disappointment. He is truly the best Friend you will ever have.

Amen and Amen, and thank You dear Lord, for not only being my Savior, but also my bestest friend!! Thank You for ending my friend's and Christian brother's suffering and for taking him home to live with You forever and ever! Thank you for blessing us with Scott's presence and his true fellowship! Yes, thank you Lord. So many phenomenally wonderful provisions you have created for me because you love me. This devotional is just another testimony a wonderful living testimony this week. I’d like to share. I was visiting my family out of town for Mother’s Day. Went to the pharmacy drive-through on my way home a 4 Hour Dr. and my car stalled in the pharmacy drive-through ha ha ha there I was stuck, but God can override any situation. I did not panic, but trusted my older son came and pushed my car single-handedly out of the drive-through into a parking space. I called my roadside assistance, and a tow truck told me to the nearest Somebody in my life group fellowship where I’m living offered to order and pay for the parts online another dear friend, came forward, offered to tow it for free and a friend of his to fix it for 250 the life group fellowship donated enough money and everything was all taken care of in less than 24 hours. I am still here waiting for my car to be repaired and headed home as soon as it is finished meanwhile I got to pray with my sonswho are not saved and we had some healing moments. I really see now that it was a higher purpose for God to keep me here when his love falls it’s amazing love, and we walk in miracles, walking by faith and not by sight can be Amaxing
