God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water. She went, filled the bottle with water, and gave the boy drink. Genesis 21:19 WEB.
The hours passed by while I struggled with a bug in a computer program I had written. I finally gave up and walked out of the room to get away from it for a bit. Why did this have to be so annoyingly difficult today, I thought. It should have been a ten-minute job, but I have spent all day on it. Exhausted and out of ideas, I sat down and prayed about it for a few minutes. Then suddenly, I knew just what the problem was. I went back in, and within a few minutes, I isolated the bug, fixed it, and the program worked fine.
My problem wasn't something I didn't have but what I didn't know. This is always the case with God's people. It's never what you don't have. It's what you don't know. No amount of tools or resources will fix what you don't know. We don't even know what we don't know until it is revealed to us.
The Lord can reveal the answer to you. Then once you have it, you will no longer have the problem. In the scripture above, Hagar, and her son, were thirsting to death in the desert. Then God opened her eyes to see a hidden spring of water near her, and they were fine. Problem solved.
The Lord said: "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge" (Hosea 4:6). James wrote: "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5).
Don't limit the wisdom and knowledge of the Creator of the universe to the Bible. The Holy Spirit knows more about technology, medicine, physics, history, and so much more than humanity ever will. He can give you wisdom in all areas of life if you take the time to ask Him.
There have been so many times when I didn't know what to do, but God would come to my rescue when I took the time to ask Him. Joshua and the Israelites became bound by a treaty with the enemy because they did not inquire of the Lord first (Joshua 9:14). Don't be like them.
When you are tempted to say, 'If only I had….' Get somewhere quiet, calm your mind, and pray that God will reveal what you may be missing. You already have more than you think, but we often cannot see it until the Lord reveals it.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, please open my eyes to see the resources around me You have already provided. I know in my heart that You are the answer. All wisdom, knowledge, and resources are under Your control. Please share them with me today. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen!

Site update #586: I completed a large update to the Audio Library on the left sidebar. There is now a live service archive of all past services, full-length in case you miss a service and want to catch up, as well as all of our original music. You can download the .mp3 files directly to your device now to listen when you don't have internet. I also added a pop-out player so you can listen without remaining on the page. Give it a try and let me know if you have any problems. 😀

HHHUUUUUGE AMEN!!
So many times in my life that have occurred such as this, I am a witness! I fought against God for so long, i cursed Him in my addiction and provoke His wrath on many a drunk occasion, He is a mighty and loving God! One day I looked, and there He was. Through my tears, I reached out for His hand, and He brought me in.
Dear Heavenly Father, I pray for peace of mind. I pray for the healing of my heart and soul... I feel so lost without my Mom. I just need a little relief from this loss that I'm feeling. There's a hole in my heart that only You my Lord can fill... I ask this in Jesus Name... Amen! 🙏🏼🕊️

What a blessing, Pastor Dion! The audio library page is easy to navigate and I truly appreciate the pop-out player, as I have many tabs open during my computer sessions and this allows me to keep the music flowing. Well done! 😊🎶

sounds great. I know that will be useful for me...need to write that down. Hope the Todd family have a blessed Saturday and Sunday. I do believe God gave us those 2 special days for His sake and our sake! Work hard or volunteer (myself) hard through the week. We get our rewards here on Earth and rewards in Heaven.
