And from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us, and washed us from our sins by his blood Revelation 1:5 WEB.
"Jesus loves me this I know, for the Bible tells me so; Little ones to Him belong. They are weak, but He is strong."
Many of us learned these words when we were kids. They are so simple, but yet today, so forgotten. It is easy to stray from this simple fact that the entire Christian walk is based on and slip into a life of cold legalism.
Leaders who have lost sight of Jesus begin to use religion to control the behavior of the people. The love of Jesus is replaced with keeping a set of rules. Each denomination has its own custom set, tailored by them. They begin to teach the traditions of men and focus on things they dislike instead of Jesus Christ.
The truth of the matter: Jesus Christ loves us so much that He shed His own blood to pay for our sins on the cross at Calvary. We simply ask for His forgiveness, change our ways, and try to not do it again.
Sure, you should try and live right, but He will help us. Jesus said that if you love Me, you will keep My commandments (John 14:15). One of His commandments was to love one another (John 13:34). If you do this one right, you will fulfill the rest of them automatically.
Today you may have many problems, but not being loved by Him isn't one of them. Accept the fact that Jesus loves you and that His forgiveness is for you as well as others. Accept Jesus, for we are weak, but He is strong. Yes, Jesus loves me, and yes, I will love others.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, please help me strip away the complex and allow me to see the simple truth of the Gospel. I believe that You love me, and I love You. I want to walk with You hand in hand. Please send the Comforter like You promised and renew my fire today. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen!

Site update #586: I completed a large update to the Audio Library on the left sidebar. There is now a live service archive of all past services, full-length in case you miss a service and want to catch up, as well as all of our original music. You can download the .mp3 files directly to your device now to listen when you don't have internet. I also added a pop-out player so you can listen without remaining on the page. Give it a try and let me know if you have any problems. 😀

What a blessing, Pastor Dion! The audio library page is easy to navigate and I truly appreciate the pop-out player, as I have many tabs open during my computer sessions and this allows me to keep the music flowing. Well done! 😊🎶

sounds great. I know that will be useful for me...need to write that down. Hope the Todd family have a blessed Saturday and Sunday. I do believe God gave us those 2 special days for His sake and our sake! Work hard or volunteer (myself) hard through the week. We get our rewards here on Earth and rewards in Heaven.
