My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand. John 10:27 ESVThe star of the show that we were watching took some really bad knocks and it looked like he was going down for the last time. Somehow he found some inner strength and soon pulled himself together, got back up and gave the bad guy what was coming to him. The hero always gets back up after a knock down.
Life can be full of setbacks, disappointments and failures but the God we serve is stronger than all and no one is able to snatch us from Him. God is stronger than any addiction, demon, person, task or circumstance that you face today.
The only thing that truly matters is your relationship with Him. When you are in His hand nothing is going to touch you without Him allowing it for some purpose. I am not saying that you will never be sick or in need. I am saying that you will never be alone, and you will never be lost because our God is able to sustain you.
He is able to make all things work out for your good. Even the things that were meant to harm you will instead promote you. You will not go down for the last time because God will always give you the strength to get back up.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I pray that you give me the grace to always get up when I fall. Help me see things the way that You do and draw my heart to You, in the name of Jesus.Note: "if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." (2 Chron 7:14). If you have a prayer need, we are here for you! We and the prayer team are ready to lift you up at our private prayer page:

Thank you Rev. Dion, I needed this devotional today! As the holiday's approach it is difficult for those who have lost so many loved ones. During this time of year, I call it the dark months because the joy of Christmas is beautiful; however, when all of your loved ones are gone, and you have no one to share these special days, you do feel very alone and hopeless and filled with deep sadness and great depression! But what keeps me going and gives me strength is Our Lord Jesus which helps me to stay focused on him for he is the gift of Christmas and he suffered and died so that I may live eternally with Him in Heaven forever. So I thank God for Jesus this precious gift of Christmas and also remember those special holidays with my loved ones and know that even though they are not with me physically, they will forever be in my heart. For those of you who have lost loved ones and are alone, I keep hearing "WE" are NEVER alone! May you be blessed ALWAYS! Amen!!
Thank you Marrisa. My late wife Donielle would have turned 45 today. But praise God that she dwells with Him in Heaven! Praise God that He has blessed me with someone new to start anew with! God bless
