For the vision is yet for the appointed time, and it hurries toward the end, and won't prove false. Though it takes time, wait for it; because it will surely come. It won't delay. Habakkuk 2:3 WEB.About thirty-five years ago, the Lord gave me a word that I would pioneer new things in ministry and fo...

The king talked with them; and among them all was found no one like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah. Therefore stood they before the king. In every matter of wisdom and understanding concerning which the king inquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and enchante...

If you died with Christ from the elements of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to ordinances, "Don't handle, nor taste, nor touch" (all of which perish with use), according to the precepts and doctrines of men? These things indeed appear like wisdom in self-imp...

Why Question Me

  • God said to Abraham, "As for Sarai your wife, you shall not call her name Sarai, but her name shall be Sarah. I will bless her, and moreover I will give you a son by her. Yes, I will bless her, and she will be a mother of nations. Kings of peoples will come from her." Then Abraham fell on his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, "Will a child be born to him who is one hundred years old? Will Sarah, who is ninety years old, give birth?" Genesis 17:15-17 WEB.

Abraham fell down and laughed when God told him that he would have a son with his wife, Sarah. He was almost one-hundred years old now, and Sarah was ninety. Yet, the following year they had a son together. They named him Isaac, meaning "He laughed." What God told Abraham had now come to pass, and the promise had become a reality.

God is more than able to bring His promises to pass. Even though you may have waited so long for something you wanted so badly, and it makes you upset to think about it, you are closer now than ever before. In the past, I have given up on things that He told me twenty years earlier, then watched them come to pass. The Lord is faithful. It is us who waver.

Don't give up on the things that God has told you. Though they tarry, wait for them. He gave you the promise to help you hold on through difficult times like now. So stay the course, and stop questioning His promises. Watch them become a reality.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I believe that You will come through for me. Please show Yourself strong in My life. You spoke the sun into existence, and I know that You can take care of me today. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen!

Note: For those following the Creation Photography weekly challenges, group leader, Dianna Wyles: Psalm 30:2 "Lord my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me." ~ Our next fun-filled theme choice will be 'Our Healing God' and is open wide to your creative twist so have some fun and take some pictures of anything that feels like healing to you. Could be a shout out and PTL for someone you know that is healing, or it could be things that help you heal and refresh your spirit. I can't wait to see your creative flair on this fun theme! Enjoy your week, everyone, God bless! Here is the link: Creation Photographers

Father God, I know you have special plans for me, to give me a hope and a future. You have so many things planned for us that we are not even aware of Lord. I know that everything you say will happen in your own timing. Thank you for your love and forgiveness, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ I pray!
