Then Satan answered Yahweh, and said, "Does Job fear God for nothing? Haven't you made a hedge around him, and around his house, and around all that he has, on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land. But put forth your hand now, and touch all t...

You see then that by works, a man is justified, and not only by faith. In the same way, wasn't Rahab the prostitute also justified by works, in that she received the messengers and sent them out another way? For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, even so faith apart from works is dead. James...

However you are just in all that is come on us; for you have dealt truly, but we have done wickedly; neither have our kings, our princes, our priests, nor our fathers, kept your law, nor listened to your commandments and your testimonies with which you did testify against them. For they have not ser...

From Start to Finish

  • Where could I go from your Spirit? Or where could I flee from your presence? If I ascend up into heaven, you are there. If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, you are there! If I take the wings of the dawn, And settle in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there your hand will lead me, And your right hand will hold me. Psalms 139:7'10 WEB.

Before we were born, God was already there for us (Psalm 139:13). Though we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, He is still there (Psalm 23:4). When you feel all alone, God, through the presence of the Holy Spirit, is always there (Hebrews 13:5). When your soulmate has left you alone, He is the comforter, and He holds the brokenhearted in His arms (Isaiah 40:11). When they have told you that you have stage four cancer, He is the Healer there to comfort and restore you (Isaiah 53:5).

When doors close and you are unemployed, He opens doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). When the bad news comes, He can make all things work together for good (Romans 8:28). Even things that are impossible for man become possible with God (Luke 18:27).

When they lock you away and throw away the key, He will be with you in the prison cell (Genesis 39:23). When you know it's wrong, but find yourself enslaved and doing it anyway, He understands and is there to help you (1 Corinthians 10:13). When you are laying on your death bed and about to take your last breath, He is there to take you by the hand and guide you to heaven (2 Corinthians 5:1). He is with us from the start until the finish.

You will never be out of His reach, and He will never give up on you. So no matter how much you stumble, get up and try it again. He loves you not because you are good but because He is. Don't wait until some point in the future to start getting to know God, for He is with you right now.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I choose You today! Walk with me, talk with me, and teach me more about You. Guide me into all that You have for me, for I am Yours. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen!

How true that is. In some of the worst times of my life, I could feel His presence and see His love in action as I was thrown life preservers when I thought for sure I would drown. Thank You Lord for never abandoning us. Amen!

Hallelujah Praide the Lord. Open the eyes of my heart Lord. I want to see You...I want to know You more. Help me fix my eyes upon You..hear the cries of my heart. Open my spiritual ears so I can hear you clearly and guide me in the decisions I am facing. Give me wisdom in Jesus Name.
