      Dion Todd Sorry for the late reply, but yes... losing the google password is difficult unless you set some recovery options. Google support is about non existent. Usually you can recover the account if it is linked to the phone number or another email address.

      Dion Todd Often when connecting the monitor, it can dislodge the video card. If the computer will power on, but you get a black screen on the monitor, first try all of the graphics ports on it that you can, then I would try reseating the video card like this:

      Sylvia Todd If it needs a password it is secured from access by strangers, at least to the extent that you have a good password and if your friend doesn't go around telling everyone what it is :). Are you trying to change it so that your friend can't use it anymore?
