Dion Todd Yea, I bought an upgrade kit that has a sticky gasket in it. Cleaning the old off was the worse part of it.

Dion Todd Sorry for the late reply, but yes... losing the google password is difficult unless you set some recovery options. Google support is about non existent. Usually you can recover the account if it is linked to the phone number or another email address.

Dion Todd It is very doubtful that it will spread to your others, and certainly not the tablet. Quarantine is fine, that means that it disabled the file and moved it to a secure location.

Dion Todd If the power supply is good, then the battery may be just bad. It happens. Battery charging is hardware related. You can charge the battery with the laptop shutdown and closed. In fact, try that. Shut the computer down, close it, try charging it.
