Event Details

  • This event is hosted by the Healthful Living Group, but anyone can participate! The challenge is to exercise for at least 30 mins a day for the month. We are all at different levels of health, so there's no specific program, but let's shoot for something at least moderately challenging. We can encourage each other and help each other with ideas for a stronger 2016!
